Itai is an associate in the Dispute Resolution and Administrative Law Department at our firm.
Itai’s practice focuses on administrative and commercial law, with an emphasis on complex contractual disputes, tender-related matters, and legal issues arising in the infrastructure and energy sectors. He advises and represents leading governmental bodies and private entities in complex tender procedures, providing strategic counsel throughout all stages of the process. In addition, Itai has experience advising tender committees on ongoing legal and procedural matters.
During his studies, Itai served as a teaching and research assistant to Prof. Ittai Bar-Siman-Tov in Constitutional Law, and as a research assistant to Prof. Tsilly Dagan in Taxation and Tax Policy, both at Bar-Ilan University. He was also a member of the Editorial Board and Coordinator of the Bar-Ilan Law Review “Mechkarei Mishpat”, and represented the university in the Israeli National Moot Court Competition.
Itai joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2023, where he completed his internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.
