Yechiel Oren-Harush is an associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group, and in the International Arbitration team at S. Horowitz.
Yechiel advises and provides representation to international and domestic corporations, as well as high net worth individuals on a broad range of civil, commercial and administrative matters, with a particular focus on high-value and complex commercial disputes, cross-border litigation and in defending both shareholder derivative actions and class actions.
Yechiel joined the firm in 2022, where he completed his internship. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a clerk for the Honorable Supreme Court Justice Noam Sohlberg. He served as Editor-in-chief and Editorial Board Member of Mishpatim – the Hebrew University Law Journal (2018-2020), and received the Gornitzky & Co Award for outstanding academic and social excellence in 2019. He has worked as a Research assistant to Prof. Eyal Zamir, Prof. David Gliksberg, and Prof. Netta Barak-Corren at the Hebrew University Law Faculty (2018-2019), and as a Teaching assistant to Dr. Yael Kariv-Teitelbaum for Legal Research and Legal Writing (2019-2021).
