Shaked Nadiv is an associate at S. Horowitz, where she specializes in commercial litigation, dispute resolution and administrative law.
Shaked represents international and domestic companies, government companies, financial institutions, and high net worth individuals, on a broad range of civil and contractual matters. Her representation particularly focuses on challenging and reviewing the decisions of public authorities and public bodies in the administrative courts, disputes relating to infrastructure projects, complex contractual disputes, and tender related disputes.
She served as associate editor and editorial board member of Hukim – the Hebrew University Law Journal in 2021-2023, as a teaching assistant to Prof. Barak Medina in Constitutional Law at the Hebrew University Law Faculty in 2023-2024, and as a teaching assistant to Dr. Shahar Avraham Giller in Legal research and Legal writing at the Hebrew University Law Faculty in 2022-2023. Shaked joined S. Horowitz in 2025, after completing her internship in S. Horowitz, and qualified as an Israeli lawyer.
