Adv. Rotem Gelman Kislev is an associate in the Dispute Resolution Department at S. Horowitz.

Rotem represents both international and domestic clients, including government entities, in a broad range of civil and contractual disputes. She has gained significant expertise in managing complex contractual and in administrative court proceedings, particularly in tender-related cases and in challenging decisions made by public authorities. Additionally, Rotem has a particular focus on disputes within the infrastructure sector. Her academic excellence, having graduated summa cum laude as valedictorian, underscores her outstanding analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Since joining S. Horowitz & Co. in 2021, where she completed her internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate in 2023, Rotem has established herself in complex litigation matters. She brings together a strong academic background and practical experience to provide insightful, strategic, and effective solutions to intricate legal challenges.
