Adv. Ronny Politi is a partner in the Litigation Department at S. Horowitz.

Ronny specializes in complex commercial disputes with a particular emphasis on infrastructure and construction. She has established herself as a leading expert in civil engineering disputes, commercial real estate litigation, administrative law, and tender proceedings. Her practice includes representing and advising on national construction and infrastructure projects, energy disputes, and shareholder disputes in Israel’s most significant development initiatives.

Ronny’s capabilities include advising and representing industry leaders in innovative national infrastructure projects such as BOT, PFI, and PPP. She has played a central role in some of Israel’s most significant construction projects, such as the establishment of Highway 22, the complex tunnelling works of Highway 16, and the establishment of the IDF’s Unified Supply Centre. Her expertise in urban renewal projects and complex tender disputes has made her a trusted advisor for both large corporations and government entities.
