Adv. Ori Bustanai is a partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group at S. Horowitz, where he focuses on representing international and domestic companies, non-profit organizations and high net worth individuals in civil, commercial and administrative matters, with particular emphasis on the healthcare sector, real estate and construction law disputes, contractual disputes and class actions.

Drawing from his background in both law and accounting, Ori provides comprehensive legal counsel across various sectors. His academic excellence is evidenced by his magna cum laude graduation and inclusion on the Dean’s List at Tel Aviv University, where he completed a joint degree in Law and Accounting. While a law student and thereafter Ori has contributed to the legal academic community as a research assistant to Prof. Sharon Hannes and served as a teaching assistant for multiple courses. His commitment to legal scholarship is further demonstrated through his participation on the editorial board of the Tel Aviv University Law Review and involvement with the Tel Aviv University Law Clinics.
