Adv. Noa Hocherman is an associate in the Dispute Resolution Department at S. Horowitz & Co.

Noa specializes in commercial and administrative law, as well as civil litigation. Noa represents private companies, both international and domestic, across a broad range of civil and contractual matters. She demonstrates particular expertise in class actions, tender-related disputes, and construction projects contractual disputes.

Through her work at S. Horowitz & Co., where she completed her internship before qualifying as an Israeli advocate, Noa has developed significant experience in complex commercial litigation. Her international academic background, including studies at The University of Texas School of Law, brings a global perspective to her practice, enhancing her ability to serve diverse clients effectively.
