Adv. Noa Elyakim is an associate in the dispute resolution department at S. Horowitz.
Noa represents international and domestic companies, including government entities, in a broad range of civil and contractual matters. Her practice focuses on administrative court proceedings, challenges to public authorities decisions, and complex contractual and tender-related disputes. In addition, she represents leading construction and infrastructure companies in complex local and international legal proceedings.
Before joining S. Horowitz & Co. in 2023, Noa completed her legal internship under Dr. Gilad Noam, Deputy Attorney General for matters of International Law. During her internship, she also served as a Teaching Assistant for Dr. Yaël Ronen.
Her diverse academic and professional background, including international study at Georgetown University’s Law Center for Transnational Legal Studies in London, and her MBA with a specialization in Real Estate Finance, equip her with a unique ability to provide comprehensive legal solutions that seamlessly integrate both legal and business perspectives.
