Mishael Assaf is an associate in the dispute resolution department of the firm.
Mishael advises and provides representation to international and domestic corporations on a broad range of civil, commercial and administrative matters, with a particular focus on class actions, complex commercial and contractual disputes. He was a member of the editorial board of the ‘Israel Law Review’ published by the Faculty of Law of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. During his legal studies, he served as a teaching assistant to Dr. Chagai Vinizki, Dr. Efi Zemach and Prof. Reem Segev in the courses “Contract Law”, “Jurisprudence: Introduction to Ethics” and “Philosophy of Law”. Additionally, he tutored law students in Contract Law and Tax Law as part of equality of opportunity programs at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He joined S. Horowitz in 2021, where he completed his internship.
