Adv. Meytal Gurfinkel-Livneh is an associate in the Litigation Department at S. Horowitz.

Meytal focuses on complex commercial litigation and administrative law matters. Meytal represents domestic and international companies, government entities, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals in a wide range of civil and contractual disputes. She has developed expertise in administrative court proceedings, challenging decisions of public authorities, infrastructure project disputes, and tender-related matters.

Drawing on her unique academic background, Meytal brings an analytical and detail-oriented approach to her legal practice. She works closely with clients to develop strategic solutions for complex commercial disputes, with a particular emphasis on infrastructure projects and administrative proceedings.
