Maor Levy is an attorney in the Dispute Resolution department at S. Horowitz, specializing in complex commercial and administrative litigation.
Maor represents international and domestic companies, government corporations, public entities, and private clients in contractual disputes, arbitrations, administrative petitions, real estate and construction disputes, and disputes relating to municipal taxation.
During his studies, Maor served as a research assistant to Professor Maytal Gilboa from Bar-Ilan University and Western Ontario University in Tort Law, Unjust Enrichment and Private Law Remedies, and as a research assistant to Professor Jacob Nussim from Bar-Ilan University in Tax Law and Economic Analysis of Law. Maor also served as a teaching assistant in the “Tort Law” course and in the “Remedies in Private Law” course, both at Bar-Ilan University, served as team leader in Bar-Ilan University’s legal journal “Mechkarei Mishpat”, served as a member of the clinical program for legal assistance to women in family matters at Bar-Ilan University’s Rackman Center, and volunteered at the “Nadan” association for legal assistance to soldiers in mandatory servic
