Education

Dr. Liat Spasser is a scientific advisor in the intellectual property department at S. Horowitz, where she focuses on enforcement, infringement and validity issues of intellectual property rights, with special emphasis on patent litigation related to pharmaceutical products and processes as well as class actions in the life sciences field.

 

Liat’s academic background provides her with an excellent understanding of both the technical and legal issues facing the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. She has extensive experience advising leading pharmaceutical companies in Israel on matters related to patent registration, opposition, infringement and validity.

 

Liat joined S. Horowitz in 2014.
