Adv. Israel Biton is an associate in the litigation department at S. Horowitz, specializing, in complex contractual and commercial disputes, including matters relating to real estate, construction, infrastructure and energy sectors.

As part of his work, Israel accompanies the firm’s clients in large-scale cases, in the field of commercial litigation, before various courts in various instances, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings. Israel handles significant disputes, involving key players in the Israeli economy, concerning projects in the construction, infrastructure and energy sectors.

As part of his ongoing activities, Israel also provides legal and regulatory legal advice to his clients, at all stages of the project, including through crisis management, conflict prevention (ex-ante) and resolution, and provides a quick and professional response to his clients.

Adv. Israel Biton joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2024 as an intern and continued to work at the firm as an attorney after his certification.
