Dr. Brook brings with him rich and multidisciplinary experience, combining deep legal knowledge in the field of copyright and intellectual property, profound understanding of the world of technology and artificial intelligence, and practical experience in the media entertainment and music industry. His unique ability to bridge between these worlds makes him a sought-after thought leader and strategic partner in innovative projects. Based on his rich academic background and industry experience, he combines practical legal expertise with academic insights, after writing a doctorate on musical creation in the artificial intelligence era.

Recognized for his contribution to the field of artificial intelligence and law, Eyal serves as a senior research fellow at the Shaggar Center for Law and Digital Innovation at Tel Aviv University and as an external lecturer at the Faculty of Law at Reichman University and at Ono Academic College. His research is published in prestigious international legal journals. Winner of 6 excellence scholarships. Recently selected as a member of the expert forum advising the government in the field of artificial intelligence and assists in shaping national policy in this important field.
