Dorin advises and provides representation to international and domestic corporations, as well as high net worth individuals on a broad range of civil, corporate and contractual matters, with a particular focus on high-value and complex commercial disputes, cross-border litigation and defending both shareholder derivative actions and class actions.
Dorin clerked for the Honorable Chief Justice Isaac Amit of the Israeli Supreme Court, and served as an Intern to Adv. Alex Hertman.
