Adv. Dolev Hirsch is an associate in the Privacy, Cyber and Information Security Department at S. Horowitz.

Dolev provides comprehensive legal counsel in the areas of service agreements, technology transactions, privacy, information security risk management, and artificial intelligence regulation. As part of his practice, Dolev also specializes in privacy and information security aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Dolev advises clients from various sectors, including banking, insurance, and high-tech companies. During his studies, Dolev served as a teaching assistant for Dr. Barak Yarkoni’s Corporate Law course and participated in the Legislative Procedures Practicum in collaboration with the Knesset. Dolev joined S. Horowitz. in 2024, where he completed his internship and was admitted to the Israeli Bar.
