Deborah specializes in aviation litigation, representing international and domestic companies across a broad range of civil and contractual matters. She brings extensive industry experience from her previous role as an attorney at El Al Airlines Ltd., providing unique insights into the aviation sector’s legal and operational challenges.

With her diverse academic background in law and political science, Deborah brings a comprehensive perspective to complex aviation disputes. Since joining S. Horowitz & Co. in 2024, she has applied her specialized industry knowledge and litigation expertise to serve clients in the aviation and transport sectors.
