Adv. David Silber is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group at S. Horowitz & Co.
David specializes in representing both public and private companies, as well as private individuals, across a broad spectrum of corporate and transactional matters. His practice encompasses corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, and real estate transactions, with particular expertise in infrastructure-related matters.
After completing his internship at S. Horowitz & Co. in 2017 and qualifying as an Israeli advocate, David gained valuable experience as an associate in the international corporate department of a Jerusalem firm. He returned to S. Horowitz & Co. in 2022, bringing enhanced perspective to complex cross-border transactions. His academic excellence is evidenced by his distinguished legal studies at The Hebrew University, where he was awarded the Dean’s Prize, and his education at Yale College. David also holds rabbinic ordination, adding a unique dimension to his professional background.
