Alina Buligin is an attorney in the firm’s Intellectual Property department, combining law, innovation, and creativity alongside a broad technological and business perspective.
Alina handles complex litigation related to various intellectual property rights, with an emphasis on patent disputes in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and high-tech industries. She represents Israeli and international corporations in complex legal proceedings, and also advises on regulatory matters, especially in the health and life sciences fields. Additionally, she is involved in legislative processes in the intellectual property domain.
Alina has extensive experience in legal research. During her studies, Alina was a member of the editorial board of “Mishpatim – the Hebrew University Law Journal” and received the Irving-Isadore Weinberg Prize for excellent research, 2020.
Alina also served as a teaching assistant in the courses Criminal Law, Evidence Law, Tort Law, and Law & Gender.
