World Intellectual Property Day ⚖

Every year on April 26, we, at S. Horowitz, also mark the World Intellectual Property Day.

This year, the World Intellectual Property Organization known as WIPO, decided to focus the day on the connection between youth and the development and innovation in the field of intellectual property.

In light of this, we are proud to take part in an initiative of the Israeli Ministry of Justice and the Patent Authority, to volunteer in delivering lectures on intellectual property to high-school and middle-school students all over the country.

Curiosity, initiative, technological accessibility as well as other factors, lead the younger generation to become more involved in the creation of intellectual property, such as technologies, inventions and creations. We are happy to make them familiar, from a young age, with the legal mechanisms that encourage innovation and protect intellectual property, thus encouraging them to succeed in whatever way they choose to develop.
