Today, our firm hosted a round table event on mergers and acquisitions, in association with the IDU and IBI Capital Investment House. In the conference, Adv. Amit Steinman discussed mechanisms for hedging exposures in M&A transactions and Adv. Guy Firer presented recent trends in public M&A deals. We were also pleased to have Adv. CPA Tzvika Bernstein, CEO and partner at IBI Capital Investment House, who lectured on the trustee’s pivotal role in acquisition transactions.
