Stav Swisa is an associate in the dispute resolution practice group of the firm, where she represents domestic companies, municipal authorities and governmental entities, on a broad range of civil and contractual matters. Stav’s practice also includes reviewing and challenging in the administrative courts decisions of public authorities and public bodies.
Stav joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2021, after having completed her internship at the Israeli Supreme Court under the stewardship of Justice Uzi Fogelman and qualifying as an Israeli advocate.
