Overview

Shay is an associate in the Public International Law and International Arbitration departments where he specializes in international dispute resolution, commercial and investment arbitration conducted under various arbitration rules (ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL and ICSID).

Shay joined S. Horowitz in 2024 after having worked for three years in one of the case management teams of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
