Eilon is an associate in the Dispute Resolution and Employment Departments of the firm. He specializes in civil litigation, as well as commercial and administrative matters, with a particular focus on complex contractual disputes and disputes relating to the real estate and construction. Eilon’s practice also includes challenging and reviewing the decisions of public authorities and public bodies in the administrative courts.

In addition, Eilon represents and advises employers, including service providers in different fields, industrial manufacturers, medical organizations and hospitals, tech companies, energy companies, state owned companies and pension funds, on a broad range of labor law and pension law.

Eilon joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2023, where he completed his internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.
