Israel’s real estate market saw a triple deal this week worth NIS 155 million, as Paz Group sold three properties to Eged Real Estate and Nadav B. Logistics. The deal included a roughly 9-dunam plot at the Ra’am junction for NIS 45 million, an 18-dunam plot in Beer Sheva’s industrial zone for NIS 30 million, and a 10.5-dunam plot in Ashdod for NIS 52 million, on which Paz expects a net profit of about NIS 35 million. Chairman Harel Locker said Paz will keep enhancing non-core assets under its strategic focus on energy, convenience, and food. Paz was represented by attorneys Avigail Kastiel and Liam Yahalom of S. Horowitz, proud to represent the company in this transaction.
