Tal Muravsky is an associate in the Antitrust and Competition Law Practice Group of S. Horowitz.
Tal provides ongoing and comprehensive legal counsel to both international and domestic companies across a wide range of antitrust and competition law matters, with expertise in issues relating to the Israeli Food and Pharmaceutical Sector Law. Tal advises clients on complex regulatory matters, including restrictive arrangements, mergers, joint ventures, and abuse of dominance, and particularly on matters relating to the food industry. Tal also provides guidance to clients in developing and implementing antitrust compliance programs.
Prior to joining the firm, Tal interned in the Competition and Litigation Departments of one of Israel’s leading law firms, where he gained experience advising major retailers and suppliers in the food industry, as well as in class actions proceedings. During his legal studies, Tal participated in a practicum program at the Taxation and Economic Division of the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office.
