  • Representing international clients in a series of civil proceedings seeking class action certification based on alleged involvement in alleged global cartels, including:
  • Representation of Sharp Corporation in precedent-setting proceedings regarding service outside, which led to a landmark Supreme Court decision and prompted an amendment to Israel’s civil procedure regulations
  • Representation of Barclays Bank plc in two certification motions, securing early dismissal – upheld by the Supreme Court – of the “Libor manipulation” class action, and ongoing defense in the “Forex manipulation” case.
  • Representation of British Airways and other multinational companies in prominent cartel class actions, including the alleged trucks, ODD, and maritime transport cartels.
  • Successfully secured dismissal of an excessive pricing class action against Procter & Gamble, and the withdrawal of a class action concerning alleged anti-competitive conduct against Brother International Europe.
  • Advising leading Israeli companies as Strauss Group, a leading food supplier, and Nextecom Group, a leading infrastructure and communication solutions provider, on all competition law aspects, including transactions and mergers clearances.
  • Counsel to Israel Electric Corporation in precedential matters at the intersection of competition and energy, including proceedings before the Competition Tribunal and the Supreme Court regarding abuse of monopoly power, as well as advising on natural gas agreements with major suppliers;
  • Representing Readymix (Cemex subsidiary) in ICA proceedings on quarrying market guidelines. Also advising Cemex on a cross-border 3-to-2 merger with Çimsa, approved with remedies.
  • Successful representation of IATA in obtaining regulatory clearance for its BSP and CASS programs.
  • Representing Bank Leumi in a landmark appeal challenging the ICA finding of unlawful fee information exchange among Israeli banks. The decision was annulled.
