Adv. Michal Levanon-Porat is a partner in the Labor Law Department at S. Horowitz, leading complex litigation cases and providing strategic counsel to corporations and senior executives. Michal delivers comprehensive solutions in individual and collective labor matters, with particular expertise in collective bargaining negotiations and labor dispute resolution processes.

Michal’s strategic approach to labor disputes and her ability to navigate complex employment relationship challenges are highly valued by her clients, whom she has advised for many years. Her practice spans the full spectrum of labor law, from day-to-day consultation to litigation in substantial, precedent-setting cases with broad implications, including class actions. Drawing from her extensive experience, Michal brings a unique perspective to litigation and labor dispute resolution. Her background in litigation combined with extensive experience in ongoing counsel to large corporations strengthens her ability to effectively represent clients in both legal proceedings and strategic planning situations, including downsizing programs, reorganizations, changes due to merger and acquisition transactions, and more.

Additionally, Michal specializes in advising employers on preventing sexual harassment in organizations, investigating sexual harassment and workplace bullying complaints, serves as an external investigator for various organizations, and lectures on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Law.
