Shir David Attias

Shir represents and advises employers across a wide range of sectors in Israel, including service providers, industrial companies, healthcare organizations and hospitals, technology companies, and government corporations.

Shir provides comprehensive counsel on all aspects of employment law, from ongoing day-to-day support to the handling of complex matters. Her experience includes, among other things, drafting and negotiating individual and collective employment agreements, advising on disciplinary and hearing procedures, counseling on compensation and benefits, advising on and supporting disciplinary proceedings and investigations into workplace sexual harassment complaints, as well as representing clients in litigation and dispute resolution proceedings before the labor courts.

Shir joined S. Horowitz in 2025 as an intern, and after being admitted to the bar, returned to the firm as an associate.
