Adv. Katia Leokumovich specializes in intellectual property law with particular emphasis on patent litigation in the pharmaceutical sector.

Katia’s practice focuses on enforcement, infringement and validity issues of intellectual property rights, with extensive experience in complex pharmaceutical product and process patent disputes.

Katia also brings deep expertise to service invention disputes.

Her analytical capabilities and technical understanding enable her to effectively navigate complex intellectual property matters.

Throughout her career at S. Horowitz, where she joined in 2013, Katia has built a strong reputation in pharmaceutical patent litigation and IP enforcement. Her academic excellence is reflected in her magna cum laude distinction and consistent placement on the Dean’s List during her legal studies.
