Negev is associate in the dispute resolution department of the firm, with a focus on administrative law. He represents corporate and public sector clients from a variety of industries, on a broad range of civil and administrative matters, and before various courts and tribunals.

Negev joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2022, where he completed is internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.
