Adam is an associate in the Cybersecurity, Privacy and Data Protection Practice Group and E-Commerce Practice Group.
He advises pioneering start-ups and leading corporations on all aspects of compliance with data privacy law and cybersecurity legal risks. Adam supports clients with designing and drafting internal policies and third party contracts, data collection and consents, domestic and cross border data transfers, database registration, interactions with the data protection authority, spam and direct mailing, consumer law and more. He also advises clients on managing legal risks on all aspects of preventing and reacting to cyber breaches or data incidents.
In addition, Adam has experience and expertise in corporate and commercial matters and he advises domestic and multi-national corporations relating to the operation, management and development of commercial entities and its trading activities in Israel.
Prior to joining S. Horowitz & Co. in 2014, where he completed his internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate, Adam worked as a commercial litigator at a leading law firm in Perth, Western Australia.
