Tamar is an associate in the dispute resolution department of the firm, where she represents international and domestic companies, municipal authorities, and governmental entities, on a broad range of civil and contractual matters. Tamar’s practice also includes challenging and reviewing the decisions of public authorities and public bodies in the administrative courts.

Tamar joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2021, where she completed her internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.

  • During her law studies, Tamar served as a member of the editorial board of the Reichman University’s Law Review: Law & Business.
  • Tamar also served as a teaching assistant to Prof. Ruth Zafran in the “Law and Society” course; and as a teaching Assistant to both Prof. Yaniv Roznai and Prof. Adam Shinar in the “Constitutional Law” course, at Reichman University.
