Adv. Shir Vainert is an associate in the dispute resolution department of the firm.

Shir represents international and domestic companies, along with government companies, on a broad range of civil and contractual matters, with a particular focus on challenging and reviewing the decisions of public authorities and public bodies in the administrative courts, disputes relating to the complex contractual disputes and tender related disputes. Shir joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2024, after completing her internship under the Central District Prosecutor’s Office in the Ministry of Justice.
