Adv. Pini Azaria is a partner and co-head of the Data Protection and Cyber Department at S. Horowitz.
With over 27 years of legal practice, Pini mainly practices the the intersection of technology, data, and law, serving diverse sectors including banking, insurance, scientific research, healthcare, and high-tech providers.
Drawing from his extensive experience, Pini provides comprehensive counsel in privacy and data protection, information technology, intellectual property, licensing, cyber law, and e-signatures. His experience spans advising academic institutions, startups, industrial and software companies, e-signature providers, public entities, and content publishers.
Throughout his career, Pini has demonstrated leadership in the legal technology community, serving as co-head of the IAPP IL Chapter (2017-2018) and previously heading the Israel Bar Association Internet Committee (2001-2004). He currently shares his experience as a lecturer on ‘Law, Data and Technology’ at the College of Management Academic Studies.
