A research, conducted by financial newspaper “Globes”, reviewed numerous tax rulings issued in recent years, and found that the Israeli Tax Authority won the vast majority of its cases in the Supreme Court.

According to Adv. Leor Nouman, partner and chair of our Tax practice, it is easier for the Israeli Tax Authority to persuade the court that a further discussion on cross-tax issues is required, in comparison to the taxpayers, whose requests for further discussion are mostly rejected.
