Yesterday, the Israel Bar Association introduced its new equal opportunities treaty. Our firm was the first to be invited on stage to sign the treaty and announce its accession. Representing our firm were Adv. Tal Band senior partner and member of the executive committee, partners Hagar Pines and Yael Rosenberg and Amit Becher, partner and chairman of the Tel-Aviv district at the Israel Bar Association. Tal Band addressed the matter, saying: “I am proud that we were the first of the leading firms to sign the treaty. I believe and hope that my colleagues at the other leading firms will soon join, too. This is an important social treaty that corresponds with our values at S. Horowitz & Co., and calls for equal opportunities at the workplace, in all aspects.”
