More than 200,000 members of Ashmoret, the Israel Teachers Union credit card club, will get to enjoy new club benefits and expanded activities, thanks to a new agreement entered into with Isracard.
Partners Mordehay (Moti) Malca, Miriam Zaltsman, Gitit Levin Grinberg, Tomer Scheuerman, together with associates Adam Levitan, Or Shinar and Ido Porat, represented Ashmoret and as part of the negotiations were asked to respond to an array of complex questions, both with regard to the commercial arrangements between the parties as well as the regulatory aspects of their activities.
The agreement, which will be valid for the next ten years, allows Ashmoret a leap forward in value propositions for educators and teachers who are members of the Teachers Union and their families.
