Adv. Tal Band, Senior Partner and Chair of our IP Practice Group, participated as an invited guest in a special round table held at the Faculty of Law, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. The debate was led by Prof. Michael Carrier, Distinguished Prof. of Law Rutgers Law School and focused on the major challenges which the source pharmaceutical industry presented to the regulatory authorities and the courts seeking to criticize its conduct, from both the antitrust and intellectual property perspectives. The round table panel participants included senior figures and prominent members of the academic faculty from various universities.
