Can preliminary legal research promote effective settlement proceedings in labor law?
This issue was addressed by Adv. Ruthy Budovich-Sagir, partner in our Labor Law Practice Group, during a panel about driving cases towards mediation and arbitration procedure.
The panel took place this week at the “Labor Law Litigation and Conflicts Conference”, held by the Central District of the Israeli Bar Association, with the participation of numerous lawyers and judges.
During the panel, Adv. Budovich -Sagir argued that through careful legal research, based on an analysis of the legal principles at a preliminary stage, it is possible to conduct effective settlement procedures that resolve the conflict or at least help to bridge the disputes between parties.
