Advs. Lior Mimon and Lina Makhuli of our firm represented the Ashdod Port in an Administrative Appeal filed by Cypriot Island Petroleum Ltd. with regard to the outcome of a precedential and complex tender for refueling marine vessels with special refueling ships, issued by the Ashdod Port. The Be’er Sheva District Court dismissed the Administrative Appeal and upheld the decision of the Ashdod Port Tender Committee, awarding the bid to Bunker Point Supply Limited (a subsidiary of Bunker Holding, specializing in supplying fuel to marine vessels around the world). The court compelled the appellant to cover the legal expenses incurred by Ashdod Port and the winning bidder.
