Overview

Bari Kursh is a scientific advisor and an associate in the intellectual property practice group of the firm, where her practice focuses on enforcement, infringement and validity issues of intellectual property rights with particular emphasis on patent litigation relating to pharmaceutical products and processes.

Bari’s background as a science graduate and her extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry provide her with an excellent understanding of both the technical as well as the legal issues facing the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. She has extensive experience advising Israel’s leading pharmaceutical companies on matters relating to the contested registration, opposition and validity of patents, as well as on regulatory issues facing the life sciences and healthcare sector.

Bari completed her internship in S. Horowitz & Co. in 2010 and qualified as an Israeli advocate
