The Tel Aviv District Court has approved the arbitration ruling in the years-long dispute surrounding the Ponevezh Yeshiva, issued by retired Judge David Cheshin, and rejected the request to overturn it. This is a significant victory for our clients, Ponevezh Yeshiva and Rabbi Eliezer Kahaneman, whom we represented throughout the arbitration proceedings.
