Miriam is specializing in corporate and commercial aspects of technology-based companies. Miriam provides comprehensive legal guidance throughout the business and innovation cycle, representing founders, startups, mature technology companies, venture capital and private equity funds as well as private investors in both local and cross-border transactions.
In her practice, Miriam represents clients in equity financing rounds and M&A transactions, both local and cross border. Miriam also delivers strategic counsel to Israeli startups and emerging companies across various industries, advising them on founders’ agreements, corporate structuring, commercial contracts, labor law matters, licensing arrangements, regulatory compliance, and incentive schemes. Her expertise also extends to negotiating settlement agreements, particularly in technology-related business disputes.
Recognized by Legal 500 and IFLR in the fields of High-tech and Startups and Corporate and M&A, Miriam actively contributes to the entrepreneurial ecosystem. She served as a mentor in the BizTEC Entrepreneurship Program at the Technion and the ‘Entrepreneurship and Innovation in the Field of Law’ Program at Tel Aviv University. She is also a graduate of the “Shutafot” program for training female lawyers for senior management positions.
