We were delighted to once again host the Real Estate Forum in collaboration with the IDU Israel Directors Union. The conference was led and moderated by Adv. Avigail Kastiel, head of our Real Estate Practice Group.

We would like to thank the speakers at the conference who shared their knowledge, experience and insights, each in his unique field: Ran Kunik – mayor of Givatayim, who presented the ‘Givatayim 2040 plan’; Yaron Spector, who presented a comprehensive overview of the real estate market in recent years; Arik Mirovsky, Globes’ real estate journalist, who delved into the differences between the Tel Aviv metropolis and the periphery real estate market; and Ophir Cohen, Director of the Transportation, Traffic and Parking Authority at the Tel Aviv Municipality, who shared the vision of future transportation in Tel Aviv.

We would also like to thank Nir Moshe, Deputy Director of Planning and Measurement at the National Public Transportation Authority and Israel Gal, Mayor of Kiryat Ono, who participated in a senior panel that debated common challenges for the real estate market in the coming year.
