We were thrilled to take part in a Webinar, in cooperation with the Israel Bar Association, Tel Aviv District, that dealt with the impact of the Covid-19 virus on the local and international real estate market.

The Webinar was lead by partner Avigail Kastiel, Head of our firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, where there was discussed how the Coronavirus has affected the market both locally and overseas (the UK and the US), with particular reference being made to the various real estate sectors.

A captivating dialogue was conducted that addressed the material differences in which the pandemic has affected the real estate market in the various countries, the ways for dealing with the crisis as well as the question as to whether alongside the negative effects of the virus, new opportunities have also been created.
