Our firm represented the group “Soul Radio” (Radio LeNeshama), under the control of businessman, Ziad Omri, in a tender published by the Second Television and Radio Authority, for receipt of a concession for a regional radio station in the Arabic language. The tender aroused much attention, and at the end of a lengthy tender process, which endured for almost a year, the group “Soul Radio”, that we represented, was declared as one of the two successful bidders in the tender. The group was represented by Advs. Hagai Doron and Nir Ogolnik of our firm. Congratulations to the winners!
