Ora Cohen Shabtay is an associate at S. Horowitz in the capital markets department at the firm.

Ora has extensive knowledge and experience in representing entities supervised by the Israel Securities Authority, with emphasis on public companies traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, operating in various fields of activity. The representation includes, among other things, accompanying Pre-IPO investment transactions, initial public offerings (IPO), capital and debt raising in the secondary market on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, control acquisition transactions and going-private transactions, private placements, providing opinions and representation in preliminary proceedings with the Israel Securities Authority, advising managements, boards of directors and their various committees including advising special independent committees, accompanying interested party transactions, handling executive compensation including equity compensation, enforcement programs, various corporate governance aspects, and implementation of disclosure and reporting obligations
