Adv. Noga Rubinstein is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group at S. Horowitz, where she specializes in cross-border and domestic corporate and commercial transactions for international and Israeli companies, funds, and financial institutions across various sectors.

Noga also has experience in cloud and SaaS agreements, having previously worked for a leading global cloud provider. Noga provides comprehensive legal counsel on the full range of agreements relating to the operation, management, and development of any commercial business and its trading activities. Noga joined S. Horowitz in 2020, where she completed her internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.
