Education

Nicole is an associate in the corporate practice of the firm. She advises Israeli and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, with a particular emphasis on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and complex commercial agreements.

Nicole assists companies and financial institutions in structuring and negotiating M&A transactions and provides ongoing counsel for a company’s day-to-day business needs.

In addition to her transactional work, Nicole provides counsel to clients on all aspects of commercial law, including the legal aspects of managing and developing their business activities in Israel, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining S. Horowitz, Nicole completed her legal internship under the Deputy Attorney General for International Law after studying and working abroad in the UK and Luxembourg.
